Daniel R. Gunnell | Kimball E. Hodges | Cory B. Jensen

Daniel R. Gunnell

Daniel R. Gunnell has twelve years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana and Utah.

Gunnell has participated in joint ventures with many industry leaders such as Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:APC), Southwestern Energy Co. (NYSE:SWN), Fidelity Exploration and Production Company (NYSE:MDU), Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ:CWEI), Petro-Hunt, LLC, Yates Petroleum, Armstrong Oil and Gas, H&L Operating, Laddex Ltd, and Dewbre Petroleum.

Over the past few years Gunnell has leased and acquired in excess of
 1,000,000 gross acres of oil and gas property and has successfully negotiated the acquisitions from Encana Corporation (NYSE:ECA), Talisman (NYSE:TLM), PetroCanada-Suncor (NYSE:SU), Patara, Fidelity Exploration and Production Company (NYSE:MDU). In 2002 Gunnell founded Liberty Pioneer Energy Source, Inc. who has operated 20 oil and gas wells in Texas and Utah. Gunnell has participated in over 75 wells, 
many of which were operated, drilled, and managed under his direction.

Mr. Gunnell received academic honors while studying business and psychology at Brigham Young University. While at BYU he also completed graduate level geology course work and participated in varsity athletics. Gunnell is involved in non-profit humanitarian work and serves as a board member of Mentors International, which does micro-credit in third world countries. He and his wife Mary have five children.

Kimball E. Hodges

Kimball E. Hodges' experience in the oil and gas industry runs throughout the Rocky Mountains and the Gulf Coast states.

Hodges used his financial background in his positions with Liberty Pioneer Energy Source, Inc. (which he co-founded in 2002) and Rockies Standard Oil Company, LLC in structuring multiple joint venture partnerships with numerous industry leading E&P companies such as Encana Corporation (NYSE:ECA), Talisman (NYSE:TLM), PetroCanada-Suncor (NYSE:SU), Patara Oil & Gas, Fidelity Exploration and Production Company (NYSE:MDU), Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:APC) and Southwestern Energy Co. (NYSE:SWN). He was key in securing contracts with companies such as Halliburton Co. (NYSE: HAL), Schlumberger (NYSE: SLB), Patterson- UTI Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTEN), Key Energy Services, Inc (KEGS), Nabors Drilling, Frontier Drilling, Weatherford International (WFT), Coiled Tubing Services and many others.

Hodges has participated in numerous wildcat and developmental drilling ventures and has a strong background in mineral sales and acquisitions. Over the past 12 years he played a key role in leasing and acquiring more than 1,000,000 acres of mineral rights in Texas, Utah, Colorado and Montana orchestrating a team of 15 landmen and negotiating with the State and BLM agencies.

Hodges studied Finance and Geology at Brigham Young University-Idaho and Boise State University.

Cory B. Jensen

Prior to joining RSOC, Cory B. Jensen served as Vice President of Business Development with Liberty Pioneer Energy Source, Inc. with responsibility for raising investment capital and managing investor relations for Liberty's oil and gas ventures. 

He has over 20 years management, finance, accounting and business experience.  Jensen also worked as a landman in Texas and in Utah and successfully secured thousands of acres of mineral leases.

Jensen is involved in non-profit humanitarian work and currently serves as a board member of the MORE Project. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Brigham Young University where he graduated with honors at the top of his class. He is a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi, Beta Gamma Sigma, and Mensa.
